The governor was awarded the fellowship of the risk managers society of Nigeria. The event took place in Lagos at Radisson Hotel Ikeja. The governor who also serves as a special guest of honour and chief launcher for the 40th anniversary compendium and investiture of the new leadership of the society.. In his remarks, the executive governor, ably represented by Mahmud Mohammed Bose, the Director General of the Bauchi State Environmental Protection Agency (BASEPA) expressed appreciation to the association for finding him worthy of this prestigious award of fellowship, which is the highest ranking membership in the society.
