Damagun, Fintiri, Emirs sympathize with Governor Bala Mohammed over loss of Stepmom

Dignitaries from within and outside Bauchi State have sympathized with Governor  Bala Mohammed following the passing of his stepmother, Hajiya Hauwa Mohammed Duguri.  


They include the Governor of Adamawa State Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, Acting National Chairman of the People’s Democratic Party PDP Ambassador Umar Ilya Damagun and members of the Bauchi State Council of Emirs led by the Emir of Bauchi Alhaji Rilwanu Sulaimanu Adamu among others.


In their separate messages Governor Ahmadu fintiri, Ambassador Umar Damagun and his royal highnest the Emir of Bauchi Alhaji Rilwanu Sulaimanu Adamu prayed for the soul of the deceased to find eternal peace in Jannatul Firdaus.   


They described her death as a great loss to her family, Duguri community, and the entire state.  


Responding Governor Bala Mohammed expressed deep gratitude for the show of concern describing the deceased as an exemplary mother who lived a life worthy of emulation.


Hajiya Hauwa Mohammed Duguri who died yesterday at the age of 120 had been battling a protracted illness.
