New year: Governor Bala Mohammed wishes a prosperous 2025, Renewed commitment for Good Governance*

Governor Bala Mohammed of Bauchi State has expressed gratitude to God for guiding the citizens through 2024, despite its economic, political, and social challenges, and urged continued patience and resilience as his administration works to address hardships.


In his new year message, Governor Mohammed highlighted the administration’s achievements in infrastructure development, education, agriculture, youth empowerment, and urban renewal despite limited resources. 


He pledged to enhance governance through stakeholder consultations and community engagement, emphasizing accountability and a people-centered approach.


The Governor reaffirmed his commitment to security, assuring residents that criminal elements will find no haven in Bauchi State.


Bala Mohammed called on citizens to support security agencies by reporting suspicious activities and reiterated that maintaining peace is a shared responsibility.


He also appealed to traditional rulers, religious leaders, and politicians for cooperation to sustain peace and progress in the state.


Governor Mohammed wished the people a prosperous 2025 and assured them of the government’s dedication to their welfare.
