Press Release Familiarization Visit by the New Director General of the Bauchi State Infrastructure Development and Maintenance Agency (BASIDMA) to Security Agencies in Bauchi state.



 


The newly appointed Director General of the Bauchi State Infrastructure Development and Maintenance Agency (BASIDMA), in person of Engr. Abdulrahman Maiauduga have conducted a familiarization visit to key security agencies in the state. The visit aims to foster collaboration and strengthen partnerships between BASIDMA and security agencies to enhance the safety and security of ongoing and future infrastructure projects in Bauchi state.


During the visit, Engr. Abdulrahman Maiauduga met with Commissioner of Police Bauchi state Command, CP Muhammad Auwal Musa, the Director Department of State Services (DSS), The Commandant (NSCDC) alamong other relevant security bodies in Bauchi state. 

The discussions centered around ensuring that infrastructure development initiatives are carried out in a secure environment, minimizing disruptions, and addressing any potential security challenges that may arise.


In his remarks, The New Director General of BASIDMA emphasized the importance of a collaborative approach to infrastructure development, stating, "The safety of our projects is paramount. We recognize that effective communication and cooperation with our security agencies are crucial to achieving our goals. Together, we can ensure that our infrastructure projects not only meet the needs of the people but are also executed in a safe and secure manner."


The Director General also expressed gratitude for the unwavering commitment of security personnel in maintaining peace and order in Bauchi state, which is essential for the successful implementation of developmental projects of His Excellency Sen. Bala Abdulqadir Muhammad CON (Kauran Daular Usmaniyyah).

He assured them of BASIDMA's readiness to work closely with all security agencies to address any concerns that will hinder the successful implementation of infrastructure in the State.


  The familiarization visit marks the begining of series of engagements that BASIDMA plans to undertake with varius stakeholders as part of its commitment to transparency, collaboration and efficient service delivery in Bauchi State.
